The processing of your order in 3 steps

Your order is prepared as soon as we receive your payment. Your products are then very carefully packed, using materials that will protect them during delivery.

Within France

For all orders requiring Colissimo delivery, we guarantee delivery within 4 working days for orders placed before 11.00 AM from Monday to Friday (order within mainland France only).

You also have the option of choosing delivery by Chronopost. In that case delivery is guaranteed next day for orders placed before 11.00 AM from Monday to Friday. Different prices apply and are calculated in relation to the weight of your order.

You will be sent the tracking number of your parcel via email, so please don’t forget to leave your email address along with your delivery address.

Within European countries* and Switzerland

Your order will be delivered within 7 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 11.00 AM if you choose Colissimo service as delivery option.

Single flat rate, regardless of the size of your order 15.00 € (£ 13.62)

You also have the option of choosing delivery by Chronopost. In that case delivery is guaranteed next day for orders placed before 11.00 AM from Monday to Friday. Different prices apply and are calculated in relation to the weight of your order.

Rest of the world

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the delivery address. You have the choice between 2 different shipping modes: Colissimo International or colissimo DOM and express delivery with Chronopost and Fedex.. Cheeses must be sent with Chronopost and Fedex to guarantee you their quality.

In the course of the preparation of your order, you can at every moment check the estimated amount of the shipping costs on "your basket" page where you just have to select the country of your choice. It is also important to note that your order is invoiced without French taxes and that you can be asked when delivered to pay duty taxes if any apply in your country.

Shipping costs vary with the country of delivery and with the weight of your order.
