The raspberry vinegar is a mild vinegar, with a strong taste, used by putting a few drops on your raw vegetables, to deglaze liver, or on cakes or deserts (strawberry, raspberry, ripe melon mixed with cinnamon and ginger). You will be surprised by its strong and very pleasant scent of raspberry and its amazing taste born from a marriage between the acidity of vinegar and the fruity taste of the raspberry.

The oil mill from Beaujolais

The oil mill from Beaujolais is born from a fortuitous discovery in 1981 of a traditional oil manufacture workshop of the 19th century. A few years are enough to drive Mireille and Jean-Marc on a real passion and make them world-famous throwsters, and this, thanks to their high quality products is used by many star Chefs (Troisgros, Ducasse, Blanc, the Pourcel brothers, Gagnaire…) A nut, or a fruit, an oil, that is the credo of the oil mill. So, not blended, only first pressing virgin oil, for a preserved taste.
